उपर्युक्त विषयान्तर्गत लेख है कि शासकीय अनुमोदनोपरान्त जारी विभागीय शिविरा पंचांग में उल्लिखित समयावधि के अनुरूप कक्षा - 09 से 12 हेतु अर्द्धवार्षिक परीक्षा का आयोजन समान परीक्षा व्यवस्थान्तर्गत इस कार्यालय के पूर्व प्रसारित संदर्भित
* परिपत्रतानुसार अग्रांकित निर्देशानुसार करवाए जाने की सुनिश्चितता करावें :-
1. अर्द्धवार्षिक परीक्षा आयोजन :
• सत्र 2021-22 में समस्त राजकीय/गैर राजकीय माध्यमिक/उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में अध्ययनरत कक्षा-09 से 12 तक के विद्यार्थियों हेतु अर्द्धवार्षिक परीक्षा का आयोजन दिनांक : 13.12 2021 से 24.12.2021 के मध्य जिला समान परीक्षा योजना के माध्यम से जिला स्तर पर किया जाएगा। जिला परीक्षा संयोजकों द्वारा प्रश्न-पत्र का निर्माण, मुद्रण एवं वितरण सम्बन्धी संदर्भित निर्देश दिनांक : 02.06.2014 के अनुरूप कार्यवाही सम्पन्न की जाए।
• कक्षा - 06 से 08 तक की अर्द्धवार्षिक परीक्षा का आयोजन (प्रश्न पत्र निर्माण) विद्यालय स्तर पर ही किया जाना है।
• सत्र 2021-22 हेतु कक्षा-01 से 06 में अध्ययनरत विद्यार्थियों हेतु अर्द्धवार्षिक परीक्षा का आयोजन नहीं किया जाकर विद्यार्थी का सतत् एवं व्यापक मूल्यांकन (सीसीई)प्रकियान्तर्गत पोर्टफोलियो के अनुरूप तथा शिक्षकों द्वारा किए गए आकलन के आधार पर किया जाना है। इस हेतु आवश्यकतानुसार पेन एण्ड पेपर टैस्ट अर्द्धवार्षिक परीक्षा हेतु निर्धारित अवधि के दौरान लिए जा सकेंगे।
2 अर्द्धवार्षिक परीक्षाओं का पाठ्यक्रम :
कोविडजनित परिस्थितियों के मद्देनजर RSCERT एवं माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड, अजमेर द्वारा समस्त कक्षाओं के लिए पाठ्यक्रम के संक्षिप्तिकरण उपरान्त सत्र : 2021-22 हेतु निर्धारित पाठ्यक्रम का 60 प्रतिशत भाग अर्द्धवार्षिक परीक्षा हेतु पाठ्यक्रम निर्धारित किया जाता है अर्थात उक्त 60 प्रतिशत पाठ्यक्रम के आधार पर ही अर्द्धवार्षिक परीक्षा के प्रश्न पत्र निर्माण/आयोजन किया जाएगा।
3. परख/परीक्षा का प्रतिशत अधिभार :
सत्र 2021-22 मे नॉन बोर्ड कक्षाओं यथा कक्षा 1 से 7 तथा 9 एवं 11 के लिए 4 परीक्षाएं/आकलन किए जाने हैं।
• नॉन बोर्ड कक्षाओं के लिए विविध परीक्षाओं का वेटेज निम्नानुसार निर्धारित किया गया है।

2. द्वितीय परख कुल अंकों का 10% 20 अंक
3. अर्द्धवार्षिक परीक्षा कुल अंकों का 30% 60 अंक
4. वार्षिक परीक्षा कुल अंकों का 50% 100 अंक

बोर्ड कक्षाओं के लिए विविध परीक्षाओं का वेटेज निम्नानुसार रहना प्रस्तावित है-

3. अर्द्धवार्षिक परीक्षा कुल अंकों का 60%
नोटः बोर्ड में भेजे जाने वाले आंतरिक मूल्यांकन के 20% अंकों का निर्धारण इन्हीं परीक्षाओं के आधार पर किया जाना है।
4. परीक्षा/आकलन का पैटर्न:
• सत्र 2021-22 के लिए 21 जून 2021 से आरंभ किए गए "आओ घर में सीखे-20 कार्यक्रम" के अंतर्गत संचालित स्माइल 30 द्वारा विद्यार्थियों को डिजिटल अध्ययन सामग्री, गृहकार्य वर्कशीट, व्हाट्सएप क्विज इत्यादि उपलब्ध करवाये जा रहे जिसका संधारण विद्यालय में विद्यार्थी पोर्टफोलियो में किया जा रहा है।
साथ ही कक्षा 1 से 8 के विद्यार्थियों को कार्य पुस्तिकाएं (workbooks) भी उपलब्ध कराई गई हैं। कक्षा-1 से 5 तक के लिए किए जाने वाले आकलन तथा कक्षा -6 से 8 के लिए विद्यालय स्तर पर आयोज्य होने वाली परीक्षा/आकलन में विद्यार्थियों की (Back grade competency) विगत कक्षा की दक्षता (कोविड -19 के कारण उत्पन्न परिस्थितियों के मद्देनजर विगत सत्र में वंचित दक्षताओं के सुधार हेतु) का भी मूल्यांकन किया जाना सुनिश्चित किया जाए। प्रति विद्यार्थी संधारित पोर्टफोलियो, वर्क बुक तथा विविध आयोजित परीक्षा/आकलन तथा मौखिक परीक्षा (कक्षा 1 से 8 के लिए) योगात्मक आकलन/कक्षोन्नति का अंतिम आधार रहेंगे।

5. परीक्षा प्रश्न पत्र पैटर्नः
• सत्र 2021-22 हेतु बहुवैकल्पिक प्रश्नों को भी सम्मिलित किया जाएगा।
• अन्य अति-लघुत्तरात्मक, लघुत्तरात्मक एवं निबंधात्मक प्रश्नों में आंतरिक विकल्प (यथा, या, अथवा कोई दो) उपलब्ध करवाए जाएंगे । निबंधात्मक प्रश्नों की संख्या कम की जानी है।
• विद्यार्थियों की परीक्षा तैयारी हेतु परीक्षा योजना (पैटर्न) के अनुरूप नमूने के प्रश्न पत्र (मॉडल प्रश्न पत्र) उपलब्ध करवाए जाएंगे। कक्षावार प्रश्न पत्र पैटर्न निम्नानुसार रखा जाना प्रस्तावित हैं-

It is an article under the above mentioned subject that according to the time period mentioned in the departmental camp calendar issued after the approval of the government, the half yearly examination for class-09 to 12 is organized under the same examination system, referred to before this office.
* According to the circular, make sure to get it done as per the instructions given below:-
1. Conduct of Half Yearly Examination:
• Organized half-yearly examination for students of class-09 to 12 studying in all government/non-government secondary/higher secondary schools in the session 2021-22 Date: 13.12 from 2021 to 24.12.2021 District level through district uniform examination scheme on will be done. Action should be taken by the District Examination Coordinators as per the reference instructions dated 02.06.2014 regarding the manufacture, printing and distribution of question paper.
• The half-yearly examination for classes 06 to 08 is to be organized (question paper formation) at the school level itself.
• For the session 2021-22, for the students studying in class-01 to 06, the half-yearly examination is not organized, but Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) of the student is to be done according to the in-process portfolio and on the basis of the assessment made by the teachers. For this purpose, pen and paper test can be taken during the prescribed period for half yearly examination.
Syllabus of 2 Half Yearly Examinations:
In view of the circumstances arising out of Kovid, RSCERT and the Board of Secondary Education, Ajmer, after summarizing the syllabus for all the classes, for the session: 2021-22, 60 percent of the prescribed syllabus is fixed for the half-yearly examination i.e. on the basis of the above 60 percent syllabusOnly the question paper of half yearly examination will be prepared/organised.3. Percentage Surcharge of Assay/Exam:
In the session 2021-22, 4 examinations/assessment are to be conducted for non-board classes i.e. classes 1 to 7 and 9 and 11.
• The weightage of various examinations for non-board classes has been determined as follows.

1. 1st test 10% of total marks 20 marks
2. Second Test 10% of the total marks 20 Marks
3. Half Yearly Examination 30% of the total marks 60 Marks
4. Annual Examination 50% of the total marks 100 Marks
The weightage of various examinations for board classes is proposed to be as follows-

• Digital study material, homework worksheets, WhatsApp quiz etc. are being provided to the students by Smile 30, conducted under the "Aao Ghar Mein Seekhe-20 program" started from 21st June 2021 for the session 2021-22, which is being maintained by the students in the school. being done in the portfolio.
In addition, workbooks have also been made available to the students of classes 1 to 8.Back grade competency of the students in the assessment to be done for classes 1 to 5 and the examination/assessment to be conducted at the school level for classes 6 to 8 (depending on the circumstances arising due to Kovid-19). 5. Exam Question Paper Pattern:
• Multiple choice questions will also be included for the session 2021-22.
• Internal choices (ie, OR, or any two) will be provided in other super-short answer type, short answer type and essay type questions. The number of essay type questions is to be reduced.
• Sample question papers (model question papers) will be made available according to the examination scheme (pattern) for the exam preparation of the students. The class wise question paper pattern is proposed to be placed as follows-
