1. परख तिथिः- सत्र 2021-22 द्वितीय परख उपर्युक्तानुसार 26 से 28 अक्टूबर 2021 के मार! आयोजित किये जायेंगे, जो विद्यार्थी कोविड गाइड लाइन के अनुरूप एकान्तर दिवस में विद्यालय में उपस्थित होगें, उनकी परख विद्यालय द्वारा आगामी दिवस को आयोजित की जाए।
2. परख हेतु मूल्यांकन प्रपत्रः- प्रश्न पत्र 26 से 28 अक्टूबर 2021 को आयोज्य द्वितीय परख
कक्षा 8वीं के लिए निम्नानुसार होगा-
1.प्रत्येक विषय में 20 प्रश्न होंगे।
2. सभी प्रश्न बहुवैकल्पिक होंगे।
3.प्रत्येक प्रश्न 1 अंक का होगा।
4. प्रश्नों में अधिगम क्षमता आधारित प्रश्नों को सम्मिलित किये जाएंगे।
5. प्रश्नपत्र, स्माइल-3.0, वर्कबुक, वर्कशीट एवं कक्षा-शिक्षण में अध्ययन कराए गले पाठ्यक्रम पर आधारित होंगे।
6. प्रश्न पत्र का निर्माण विद्यालय स्तर पर किया जाएगा। प्रश्न पत्र निर्माण में सहायता हेतु प्रश्नपत्र का प्रारूप कक्षावार-विषयवार प्रारूप स्माइल मैसेज के साथ पूर्व दिवस 25 अक्टूबर 2021 को बिट-ले लिंक के माध्यम से भिजवाया जाएगा, जिसकी सहायता से विषयाध्यापक विद्यालय स्तर पर प्रश्नपत्र तैयार करेंगे।

Instructions regarding second examination for government schools-
1. Test Date:- Session 2021-22 Second test as above, from 26 to 28 October 2021! Will be organized, the students who will be present in the school on alternate days according to the Kovid guide line, their examination should be conducted by the school on the next day.
2. Assessment form for the test:- Question paper will be held from 26 to 28 October 2021, second test
For class 7th it will be as follows-
1. There will be 20 questions in each subject.
2. All questions will be multiple choice.
3. Each question will be of 1 mark.
4. The questions will consist of questions based on learning ability.
5. The question paper will be based on the syllabus taught in Smile-3.0, Workbook, Worksheet and Classroom Teaching.
6. The question paper will be prepared at the school level. To help in the preparation of the question paper, the format of the question paper will be sent on the previous day, 25 October 2021, through bit-lay link, class wise subject wise format along with the smile message, with the help of which the subject teacher will prepare the question paper at the school level.
3. Maintenance of Evaluation Forms of Parakh Question paper, being multiple-choice, will be this evaluation form, which is to be checked by the subject teacher by 09.11.21 and made available to the class teacher. The class teacher will ensure that the entry of student's marks is done on the Shaladarpan module till date 15.11.21. The class teacher will keep the solution evaluation letter of the concerned student in the student's portfolio and share the student's achievement with the parents in the SDMC/SMC meeting.
Major instructions regarding second examination for non-government RBSE schools:-
1. The second test date will be ensured in the non-government schools also from 26.10.2021 to 28.10.2021 as above.
2. Determination of syllabus for the second examination: - The second examination is to be conducted out of the courses completed with the help of regular classroom teaching and alternative arrangements for teaching by these schools, such as online teaching or material sent to the student. According to the Kovid guide line, arrangements should be made for the examination of the student who does not come to school on the day of examination at the school level on the next day.
3. Maintenance of Assay Record:- Keeping the record of the second examination of the students in a separate register, it is mandatory to keep it safe in the school.
